World Horror Convention 2010
I shall be heading down to Brighton at the end of March to immerse myself in all things horror. I’m flicking through the programme now, which slipped eerily through my letterbox a moment ago.
I’ve noticed a couple of events that are similar to ones that were successful at SWF. There are Kaffeeklatsches, where 10 attendees can partake in an informal chat with some of the big names in horror. I personally would be very interested to go to the Tanith Lee, Michael Marshall Smith and Kelley Armstrong ones. And secondly there is Pitch Black, which is where writers gets to pitch to publishers and agents… do I feel prepared for this yet? We’ll see.
More about this later as I digest all the exciting things on offer.
